Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the age of the home, and the condition of the home.

It is not a requirement for you to be at the inspection. I absolutely welcome and encourage you to attend! Being present during the inspection gives you a firsthand look at the property and a chance to ask questions in real time. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about your future home and understand any findings with clarity and context. For safety and liability reasons, there are just a few areas we kindly ask you not to join us:

At the end of the home inspection process, we will provide a detailed report that describes the physical condition of the property, with images and videos highlighting what may need repair or replacement.
